Reverse-Engineered Remoulade
Ingredients:
6 Tbl Mayonnaise
1 Tbl Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Relish
1 Tsp Sriracha
2-3 Tsp Curry Powder
2 Tsp (or to taste) Chili Powder
1 Tsp crumbled dry Tarragon
In a stainless mixing bowl, stir or whisk ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Let stand a bit, to let the flavors meld. Goes well on Shrimp, Salmon, Asparagus, and other edibles.
